3. Account Deletion

1. Account Deletion Function: This Software provides an account deletion function. You can complete the account deletion operation independently through the account deletion operation path in this Agreement.
2. Irreversibility and Impact of Account Deletion: Before performing the account deletion operation, please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the following content:
   • No Independent Account System: This Software does not have an independent account system. You use this Software through a third-party quick login method. After your account is deleted, the original third-party quick login method will also be automatically disassociated.
   • Data Clearing: After the account is deleted, all your data will be immediately and permanently cleared and cannot be recovered, including virtual tokens, usage time, etc.
   • New User Identity: After the account is deleted, you can still log in to this Software through the original third-party quick login method, but your account data will be restored to the initial new registration state, and you will not be able to recover any data from the deleted account.
3. Account Deletion Operation Path: The account deletion operation path of this Software is: [Menu page of this Software, click the "Delete Account" button]. You need to enter the verification code for secondary verification according to the deletion guide. After the verification is passed, your account will be deleted immediately and automatically return to the login page.

4. Protection of Minors

We attach great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. If you are a minor, please read this agreement with your legal guardian and use this software service after obtaining the consent of your guardian.

5. Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, effectiveness, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Mainland China (excluding conflict of laws). Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its effective arbitration rules at that time. The arbitration location is Beijing. The arbitration award is final and legally binding on both parties.

6. Other

1. Right of Interpretation and Modification of the Agreement: The final right of interpretation of this Agreement belongs to the operating entity of this Software. We have the right to modify and update the terms of this Agreement at any time. The modified terms of the Agreement will be announced in this Software or in other appropriate ways and will take effect from the date of announcement without further notice to you.
2. User Attention and Acceptance: Please check the latest version of the Privacy Policy regularly to understand the latest terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the modified terms of the agreement, please stop using this software service immediately. Your continued use of this software service after the terms of the agreement are modified will be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted the binding of the modified terms of the agreement.
